Duties before the seminar

Duties on the seminar

All students are expected to give their presentations, provide systematic feedback to other students, and participate in discussions.

Presentation

The presentation can take a maximum of 20 minutes. Supervisor and referee feedback will follow, as will the discussion. The overall time for the contribution, feedback, and discussion is 50 minutes. All necessary information will be presented in the program, where the organization of presentations will be described in detail. There will be a projector and Wi-Fi connection available. Please bring your presentation on memory sticks and also have an online backup, e.g., in your email.

Feedback

You will have a maximum of 5 minutes to provide feedback to one of your colleges. You will be denoted as the „Referee“ of your college in the program.

Discussion

Be prepared to discuss all of the presented papers. The indispensable part of getting ready for discussion is reading your colleagues’ papers.
